Are you passionate about health wellness and helping people feel their best Do you thrive in a fast-paced client-focused environment Lindoraa leader in medically guided weight loss and metabolic healthis hiring a Client Concierge to be the welcoming heartbeat of our Superior CO clinic.
With over 50 years of experience and cutting-edge services like Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) GLP-1 weight loss medications IV hydration and laser body contouring Lindora is transforming livesand you can be a vital part of that transformation.
What Youll Do

Deliver an unforgettable first impression by greeting every client warmly and professionally

Support client visits by preparing them for weigh-ins documenting progress and verifying records

Educate and inspireguide clients through Lindoras programs and treatment options helping them feel informed and confident

Manage appointments with accuracy and efficiency to keep clients on track toward their goals

Handle memberships and paperwork with precision and care

Resolve questions and concerns with empathy and follow-up

Make proactive support calls to encourage progress and build relationships

Promote Lindoras mission at community events and in-studio initiatives

Collaborate with the clinical and leadership team to ensure seamless daily operations

Coach clients on nutrition and menu planning to enhance their weight loss journey
What You Bring

A passion for health wellness and helping people feel confident in their skin

Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others

Customer service wellness or healthcare experience (preferred but not required)

Comfort with technology and managing client records

A self-starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

A goal-oriented attitudeready to hit membership and retail sales targets

Positive energy adaptability and a love for teamwork
