Job Description
Role: Mobilizer cum Support Associate Aurangabad & Wardha Maharashtra
Experience: 2-5 Years
Salary: Up to 4.2 LPA
Term: 1-year Fixed Term Contract
The Role:
We are seeking a proactive Mobilizer cum Support Associate to support our Eye Connect Technician Entrepreneurship Development Program. The role involves guiding and supporting technicians throughout their entrepreneurial journey.
Key Responsibilities

Mobilization & Outreach: Raise awareness conduct outreach campaigns and mobilize potential candidates.

Business Support: Help technicians with the shop opening process and provide ongoing support in inventory marketing and customer relations to ensure business sustainability.

Program Implementation: Facilitate Vision Screening Camps and conduct regular visits to technician shops to assess performance.

Collaboration: Work with local stakeholders like community leaders and NGOs to enhance program visibility.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of activities and support project leadership.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development or entrepreneurship support. Prior experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Entrepreneurship or a related field.

Skills: Proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint Excel Word). Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills are essential.
