Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support sample and reagent management in a dynamic laboratory environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient lab operations and ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify samples from operations; perform GMP receipt and scan files to LIMS
- Manage reagents: receive label check expiration dates and update LIMS
- Organize lab samples reagents consumables and non-consumables
- Conduct inventory checks and restock supplies as needed
- Stack pipette tip boxes and maintain general lab order
- Scan assay data sheets to Veeva; create and review Laboratory Records (LRs) for data integrity
- Perform routine lab cleaning (e.g. vacuum tarps empty bins)
- Support equipment upkeep and coordinate basic maintenance
- Operate autoclaves and clean controlled temperature units
- Collaborate with QC and operations teams to support lab workflow
- Assist with training and onboarding of new lab staff
Qualifications :
The Ideal Candidate will Have:
- Experience with veeva and/or LIMS
- Experience working in a fast-paced GMP environment
Minimum Qualificaitons:
- Associate degree/High school diploma required.
- Must be attentive to detail and organized
- Scientific knowledge and direct experience with analytical method transfer requirements and processes
- Open to training and learning new techniques of inventory management like Smartsheet etc.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

What to Expect in the Hiring Process:
- 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter
- 45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader
- 30 Minute Virtual Interview with Site Director
The position is full-time Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Andover MA and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
