Job Summary
Administrative leader in charge of day-to-day operations of our Pain Management and Therapy Program at Unifour Pain Treatment Center.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Frye Regional Medical Center located in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina is a 355-bed acute care hospital 81-bed Behavioral Health facility and more than 70 primary and specialty care providers.
Essential Functions
- New business development
- Personnel management
- Management of labor and supply budgets on a weekly/monthly and annual basis
- Maintain effective clinical and administrative workflow.
- Design and implementation strong recruitment and retention plan for staff and providers
- Management of staff development and training/education programs
- Work closely with providers and Medical Director to ensure that all quality and safety measures are in place for positive outcomes.
- Appropriate escalation of patient staff and provider concerns to risk management and Patient Safety Officer
- Development and implementation of appropriate growth and outreach initiatives to promote clinic services and surgical interventions.

Bachelors degree required
