Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager based out of Seattle Washington; Mesa Arizona; Plano Texas; Hazelwood Missouri; or Englewood Colorado. In this customer-facing role you will work closely with sales teams and aviation customers globally ensuring the successful execution of contracts and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees engaged in Contract Management Specialist activities
Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
Manages develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors Degree or higher
5 years of experience building developing and maintaining customer relationships
5 years of experience drafting negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Juris Doctorate or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
10 years of contracting experience
Experience in the commercial aviation industry
Experience in a leadership role
