Position Overview The Landscape Construction Crew Member is responsible for hardscape installations planting seeding soil preparation erosion control operation of hydro-seeder and other specialized equipment.The Crew Member spends most of the time in the field working with a 2-3 person crew under the direction of a Crew Leader. Job Duties - Planting seeding soil preparation erosion control installation and hardscape material installation
- Accurately record hours worked on a daily basis
- Demonstrate competency in operating basic landscape hand tools and power tools
- Meet deadlines and expectations expressed by Manager and Crew Leader
- Effectively communicate with Manager Crew Leader and other Crew Members
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirements - Valid drivers license with eligibility to be added to Companys auto insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of experience required
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Proficient using basic in-field tools and installation methods
- Available to work outside regular business hours as needed
- Consistently adhere to established quality and safety standards
- Availability required during winter snow removal events

Work Environment While performing the duties of this job the employee will be expected to work outside in all types of weather conditions; conditions include occasional extreme heat exposure due to natural climate. The noise level in each work environment will vary and could sporadically be loud.
