Looking to break into digital advertising and grow your client-facing skills in a fast-moving supportive environment At Wayfair we help brands connect with millions of customers and were searching for a motivatedAccount Manager to join our growing Supplier Advertising team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a bit of experience in sales partnerships customer success or account management whos ready to take the next step.
Youll receive training mentorship and hands-on experience as you manage a portfolio of advertising partners and help them grow their business with Wayfair.
Grow Partner Success
Build relationships with advertising partners and help them succeed
Support account planning and strategic discussions to drive revenue
Use Data to Tell a Story
Monitor campaign performance and provide simple actionable feedback
Help translate data into insights that partners can use to improve results
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with internal teams like merchandising and category management
Coordinate advertising solutions that align with client and business goals
Learn and Develop
Become a confident user of Wayfairs advertising platform (training provided)
Learn from experienced team members and gain exposure to large brands and retailers
Contribute ideas for improving partner experience and campaign performance
Early career experience in a customer-facing sales or partnerships role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and interpreting basic data (e.g. in Excel or Google Sheets)
Organised curious and eager to learn in a commercial fast-paced team
Proactive mindset - you ask questions take initiative and want to improve
Exposure to media retail eCommerce or digital advertising
