Join the Learning Design & Engagement team who are changing the face of learning at for learning solution architecture curation build and maintenance as well as program and change management learning engagement and culture and the overall learning experience.
Whats the role
Forming part of the Learning leadership team youll be responsible for shaping and delivering Westpacs enterprise learning experience. Youll lead a team of approximately 20 professionals overseeing the design and engagement of learning solutions across the organisation. From curating content to driving engagement through marketing and platform utilisation youll ensure learning is seamlessly integrated into every stage of the employee lifecycle. If youre passionate about learning culture and strategic execution this role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact.
What do I need
To succeed in this role youll bring:
- Strong expertise in learning design and solution delivery aligned to industry best practices. Youre also passionate and well-informed about innovation in learning with knowledge and experience of current and emerging learning technologies.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and inspire high-performing teams.
- Experience managing change and program delivery within complex environments.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to align learning initiatives to organisational goals.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills including working with internal teams and external vendors.
