Your Role
At STABL Energy were building the backbone of next-generation battery systems - scalable smart and built to last. At STABL youll find engineers driven by purpose and a team culture that values autonomy clarity and real impact over hierarchy and noise.
As Head of BCS you will take full ownership of STABLs Battery Control System platform leading a cross-functional team of firmware hardware and testing experts. You will guide the team in building reliable high-performance systems that make energy storage smarter and safer - while developing people not just products.
Your mission
- Lead and scale the BCS Product Team enabling rapid coordinated development across embedded systems electronics and test automation
- Act as a force-multiplier for the team: supporting decision-making resolving conflicts and creating alignment across functions
- Mentor squad leaders and help grow new technical leaders within the team
- Foster a culture of clear ownership pragmatic execution and strong technical standards
- Ensure our control systems are not only functional but exceptional - ready for the field for certification and for real-world impact
Your profile
- Proven leadership experience in technical environments ideally within embedded systems power electronics or battery systems
- Strong engineering background with a systems perspective and delivery mindset
- The ability to build trust quickly communicate clearly and navigate ambiguity with confidence
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing teams
