Your Role
We are looking for a Head of Operations (d/m/w) to drive efficiency automation and operational excellence at one of Europes leading digital wealth managers. In this role you will lead a growing cross-functional team that designs the system landscape and processes behind areas like customer service trading and sales operations.
You will define the strategic direction of LIQIDs operations function lead the teams roadmap execution and champion the use of automation and AI to scale our business. Working closely with product engineering sales and senior leadership you will ensure that LIQIDs operational backbone is robust efficient and ready for future growth.
What exactly will you do
- Build lead and develop LIQIDs operations team setting the vision structure and culture for operational excellence
- Identify inefficiencies risks and improvement opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives to redesign and streamline core processes
- Shape the strategic roadmap for scalable operations reducing manual effort and enabling growth across customer service sales trading and compliance
- Apply emerging technologies such as AI to simplify workflows reduce complexity and elevate the client experience
- Champion operational excellence as a foundation for great client experiences ensuring our processes and infrastructure reflect the high standards LIQID and its clients strive for.
What you bring
- 8 years of experience in operations process management or scaling tech-enabled businesses ideally in fintech or financial services
- A strong track record of leading teams and driving cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept to implementation
- Deep understanding of operational workflows and tooling with a sharp eye for automation and continuous improvement
- Experience applying emerging technologies like AI to solve business problems and improve internal efficiency
- A structured hands-on mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to align teams stakeholders and leadership around shared goals
