Job Description
A fast-growing eCommerce company is seeking a strategic and tech-savvy Director of Operations to lead the development and optimization of internal systems processes and team workflows. This full-time role requires strong leadership systems thinking and a proactive approach to scaling operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Build implement and refine internal processes and operational flows across departments.
Leverage technology and software tools to enhance efficiency reporting and communication.
Oversee daily business operations and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to set departmental goals KPIs and timelines.
Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with company growth strategies.
Monitor and optimize supply chain logistics and fulfillment systems.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in an operations leadership role preferably in eCommerce or a tech-enabled business.
Strong understanding of systems architecture ERP tools and workflow management platforms.
