Job Description
Under general direction the Director of Public Information assists the City Manager City Commission and City departments with public relations media relations marketing public information community relations and crisis management. Employee manages supervises and directs a staff for the Public Information Office. Employee oversees all functions of the Public Information Office to include the McAllen Cable Network the content on the Citys website city publications and external media.
