We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book check on & pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers 3PLs freight forwarders shippers warehouses & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.
We raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and were growing very fast.

About the Role
As an Operations Intern at HappyRobot youll work closely with our teams to support the systems processes and tooling that drive our day-to-day execution. From managing sales data and internal reporting to helping streamline workflows and special projects youll play a key role in helping the business scale efficiently.
This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how an early-stage AI company operates behind the scenes especially at the intersection of product sales and execution.
What Youll Do
Help build and document internal workflows and automations that keep teams running efficiently.
Assist in internal reporting and dashboards for sales product usage and business KPIs
Coordinate and execute operational projects that touch GTM product and leadership
Work across teams in SF and Madrid to ensure consistent communication and follow-through
Contribute to internal knowledge bases and tooling (Notion Airtable etc.)
