Job Title: Adobe Workfront Systems Administrator
Location: Mount Laurel NJ (Onsite)
Experience: 6-8 Years with Workfront

Job Description:
Seeking a Workfront System Administrator. In this role you will be a resource on all aspects of Workfront including support configuration user management creation of dashboards reporting and troubleshooting issues.
Consult and collate business/technical requirements and support Workfront initiatives with a positive innovative and can-do attitude will be key.
Responsibilities:
User Support:
- Maintain and manage Workfront Support Queue
- Address requests from the queue resolve requests communicate with request submitter on a timely fashion.
- Provide user support and troubleshoot technical Workfront issues and bugs and coordinate with Workfront technical support when necessary.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for implemented solutions.
- Provide user training sessions as needed.
Workflow Design and Development:
- Design and build within Workfront process prototypes as needed and work thru them in agile mode with corresponding business partner to deliver new streamlined process.
- Configure Workfront objects (custom forms project templates programs portfolios reports dashboards approval processes milestones email notifications statuses job roles teams groups scorecards layout templates filters views groupings etc.)
- Execute changes that may be required to custom forms with the awareness and understanding the impact it would have to forms currently in existence.
- Create reports and dashboards within Workfront that users and teams can utilize to drive effectiveness within their respective processes.
- Advanced Text Mode Knowledge required.
- Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Stay informed on quarterly application releases and updates - communicate to all users as needed (Relevant to specific workstream)
Solution Implementation:
- Gather requirements to solve for a specific process/workstream and gauge whether the future process and its information are a good fit to be managed within the application.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across Workfront and/or integrated systems.
- Provide solutions for Workfront upgrades configurations and maintenance of various processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in Adobe Workfront:
- Minimum Workfront Experience 3 years
- Effective work time management and organizational skills despite of work volume
- Deep understanding of Workfront functionalities including project management resource management and advanced reporting.
- Deep administrative understanding of Adobe Workfront and its data model.
- Experience in understanding a process and how information flows thru the process and apply that to a Workfront model.
- Experience with text mode reporting user management workflow/queue/custom forms configuration/customization.
- Experience configuring and customizing varied processes within Adobe Workfront
- Ability to support Workfront initiatives and contribute in every way according to assessed skillset to help create the best solutions for our business partners.
- Experience in supporting/maintaining group/teams/users data visibility
- Strong Technical support experience with strong interpersonal communication and strong troubleshooting skills
