We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits professional to join our HR team. This is a new individual contributor role focused on the design implementation and management of compensation structures and benefits programs that attract motivate and retain talent. The role will require execution and operational efficiency along with strong analytical capability and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities Compensation Strategy & ManagementDevelop and implement competitive compensation strategies aligned with business goals
Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to maintain pay competitiveness
Manage annual salary reviews incentive plans and variable pay
Support business leaders with compensation decisions for promotions adjustments and new hires
Oversee employee benefits programs (insurance retirement wellness etc.)
Evaluate current offerings and suggest improvements for effectiveness and cost-efficiency
Collaborate with vendors and brokers to ensure high-quality service delivery
Ensure all compensation and benefits practices adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements
Support audits and statutory reporting
Maintain accurate C&B data in HR systems
Prepare compensation reports dashboards and management insights
Interpret reports from external consultants like Mercer & Aon
Create employee-facing communication on C&B policies
Address and resolve queries related to pay and benefits
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
Up to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
Experience in designing and executing C&B structures in mid to large-sized organizations
Strong background in C&B implementation and execution
Proficient in Advanced Excel
Familiarity with Google Suite
Experience with HRIS systems
Knowledge of Percentile Matrix
Ability to interpret Mercer & Aon reports
Strong analytical and numerical ability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High level of integrity discretion and confidentiality
