Job Title: QA/Test Lead Automation (Selenium Java)
Location: Tampa FL
Work Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Job Type: 1-Year Contract
Rate: $55/hr on w2 (target rate little flexible for strong candidates)
Notes:
- MUST be local to Tampa FL No relocation considered
- Must include State-issued ID (no utility bills)

Job Description:
Looking for a Senior QA/Test Lead with strong automation experience using Java TestNG Selenium and deep knowledge of banking/capital markets applications. The candidate will be responsible for building robust automation frameworks enhancing test coverage and ensuring consistent high-quality testing deliverables.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build robust scalable and high-quality test automation solutions for functional and regression testing
- Develop automation code and ensure extensive test coverage
- Build customize deploy and manage test automation frameworks
- Provide documentation and detailed reports on test results
Required Skills:
- 8 years of QA Testing experience
- 2 years of hands-on automation experience
- Proficiency with Java TestNG Selenium
- Experience with Xpath axes and CSS selectors
- Knowledge of automation best practices and design patterns (e.g. Page Object Model)
- Experience with Bitbucket for code merge/push
- Strong debugging and triage skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience working independently in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience testing APIs using Postman or RestAssured
- Experience with multithreaded test execution
- Experience writing test plans strategies and reports
- Understanding of software development methodologies and agile QA practices
