We are on a mission to rid the world of substandard products and improve Quality of Life. To achieve this we have partnership agreements with leading European and American Scientific Product Manufacturers as well as Four Laboratories which provide Analytical Laboratory Testing for many market segments.
Responsibilities:
- Install calibrate maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment including HPLC GC AAS UV/VIS spectrophotometers viscometers pH meters balances and more.
- Provide both remote and on-site technical support including emergency repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct customer visits (3 days/week) to deliver hands-on support and user training.
- Maintain detailed service logs and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with the technical team and assist in training and development.
Requirements
- . or HND in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or a related field
- Experience: 3 years of hands-on experience with lab instrumentation (e.g. HPLC GC AAS)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Effective communicator with customer-facing experience
- Comfortable with a hybrid schedule involving regular travel within Nigeria
Preferred:
- Experience with ISO 9001 or other lab standards
- Certifications in instrumentation or analytical techniques
- Background in calibration and QC environments
