Key Responsibilities
Design develop and optimize RF systems subsystems and components with emphasis on electronic warfare and signal intelligence applications.
Perform IQ data analysis waveform characterization and signal demodulation to assess and enhance system performance.
Support the integration and testing of RF front ends receivers transmitters and digital signal processing (DSP) chains.
Conduct link budget analysis spectrum analysis and interference assessments for complex RF environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in hardware software and systems engineering to deliver mission-ready solutions.
Prepare and present technical reports design reviews and analysis findings to stakeholders.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy for RF/EW programs.
Required Skills and amp; Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Communications Engineering or related field.
Professional experience in RF design test and analysis.
Strong expertise in IQ data analysis RF measurements and digital signal processing.
Hands-on experience with spectrum analyzers vector signal analyzers oscilloscopes and RF test equipment.
Background in Electronic Warfare Radar Systems or SIGINT.
Familiarity with MATLAB Python or other signal analysis tools.
Strong understanding of modulation techniques waveforms and RF system architectures.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (where applicable).
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
Previous experience in defense aerospace or secure communications projects.
Knowledge of electronic countermeasures (ECM) electronic support measures (ESM) and electronic attack/defense systems.
Experience in real-time IQ data acquisition and analysis.
Prior service as a military RF specialist EW operator/engineer or defense contractor engineer.
