Responsibilities:
1. Conduct direct cold calling across sectors to generate leads and explore business opportunities.
2. Schedule appointments and meet with potential clients to explain our business proposal and offerings
3. Should be able to work independently to generate his own leads and bring it to a closure stage for the company
4. Must have good understanding of the financial statements
5. Relationship management and liaise with the clients from the operations perspective
6. Support operations team to structure the transaction and closure
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Commerce (.) BMS BAF BBI
MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing or CA qualifications.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in business development exposure and technically sound
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite .
