Executive Assistant / Project Manager Decatur TX

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant / Project Manager to support our executive team while overseeing key projects. This role requires exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle a variety of administrative and project management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support including scheduling meetings managing calendars and coordinating travel.
Oversee and track projects from start to finish ensuring deadlines are met and team collaboration is efficient.
Draft professional emails and communications with accuracy and professionalism (without AI assistance).
Utilize advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel Google Sheets) for reporting and data analysis.
Manage QuickBooks for invoicing expense tracking and financial reporting.
Maintain office organization including document management and office supply coordination.
Serve as a liaison between executives and other departments to streamline communication.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role with project management responsibilities.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Experience with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
