Job Description

Our People & Performance team focuses on supporting the business to create a seamless people experience across the operational employee lifecycle as well as partnering to deliver tailored advice and solutions where there is value add opportunity. This is a great generalist role for someone looking to develop breadth and depth of experience and knowledge across all aspects of HR and the employee lifecycle. It creates a very strong foundation to develop your People and Performance career and provides a great platform to form relationships across the business and make a positive impact from day one.

As a HR Graduate your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and administer HR employment processes and workflows to onboard offboard and effectively manage people movements and changes.  
  • Overall HRIS systems management with a strong focus on data accuracy timeliness and team engagement.
  • First point of contact for national HR queries via the People Australia inbox.
  • Support national HR projects including wellbeing initiatives engagement measurement and career programs.
  • Provide general HR advice and champion policies and processes in partnership with HRBPs.
  • Develop and maintain reporting cadence for key people metrics and insights.
  • Own and evolve the national induction program.
  • Manage and maintain the Colliers People Hub.
  • Support HRBPs and the wider People & Performance team on daily operations and projects.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in a similar HR Generalist role is desirable but not essential.
  • A degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • Customer-centric and proactive with a strong interest in building foundational HR experience.
  • Comfortable working with data and confident learning HR systems.
  • Curious and systems-savvy with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable able to manage varied tasks and meet deadlines as well as thrive on delivering a positive experience and outcome for our people and business.
