Core Responsibilities :
- Managing the complete employment life-cycle of Blue-Collar/ Field forces for sourcing the best talent after identification of manpower requirements.
- Complete Field Forces joining process documentation and verification thoroughly.
- Attendance monitoring ensure disciplinary process & governance.
- Visiting DB points/ HR audit on a regular basis region wise.
- Employee guarantor reference and address verification
- Maintain and update all relevant reports trackers as required.
- Issuing letters and contract renewal of field forces.
- Maintain additional field forces profile/ cv pool for any urgent requirement.
- Field forces offboarding clearance & final settlement
- Support team leads in different projects when needed.
Qualifications :
Educational Requirement:
Minimum graduation/ bachelors degree from a reputed university in HRM/ any discipline.
Additional Information :
Job location: Dhaka. However required field/ DB point visit on a regular basis.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years professional experience in Telco (Robi GP BL) FMCG Sales & Distribution business and
end to end knowledge on field operations & recruitment process.

MS Word Excel Power point Google Workspace.
