Job Description
Are you a creative problem-solver who enjoys collaborating in a dynamic fast-paced environment Are you eager to make a meaningful impact and apply your unique skills to diverse projects across Europe
Within this stream of our 2-year rotational European Graduate Program of our Materials Group Business Unit youll tackle exciting 12-month assignments in different areas of Operations/Manufacturing. For your first rotation you will be based in our production site in Champ-sur-Drac - and rotate to an assignment at one of our various production sites across Europe in your second year.
Well empower you to take on responsibility quickly while you explore all aspects of our operations. Youll contribute to both day-to-day activities and strategic manufacturing projects. Beyond honing your technical expertise youll have the opportunity to develop strong communication and leadership skills. These skills will be essential as you drive sustainable continuous improvement within the sites and make a lasting impact.
Your tasks may include activities such as:
- Support of local & European continuous improvement and optimization projects in areas such as Process Engineering Quality Maintenance Enterprise Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing For Future / Digital Transformation and Environment Health & Safety
- Involvement in project work such as new equipment installation / machine modifications
- Manufacturing key projects and Teamleader roles can be considered for the second rotation

Qualifications :
We are looking for collaborative problem-solvers who thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Individuals who are eager to make a meaningful impact and contribute their unique strengths and ideas to our team.
What we also expect you to have:
- University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant Engineering field such as Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Energy / Industrial / Production / Safety Engineering or equivalent
- Some relevant practical experience (e.g. internships project work) ideally in an international manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in English
- Flexibility to relocate for different projects and assignments across Europe during the program
