We are seeking a skilled and professional HR Specialist to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.
Coordinate and execute full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings candidate screening and interview scheduling
Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns resolving conflicts and promoting a healthy work environment
Implement and oversee performance management processes including annual reviews and goal-setting initiatives
Administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
Stay up-to-date with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations advising management on HR-related legal matters
Develop and maintain HR policies procedures and documentation to support organizational goals
Assist in organizing company events team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
1-2 years of experience in HR roles demonstrating progressive responsibility
Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes employee relations and performance management
Thorough understanding of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
