Job Description
EviSmart is transforming digital dentistry and were looking for a top-tier Performance Marketing Manager to lead our Facebook ad strategy.
If you have 5 years of hands-on Facebook Ads experience a track record of scaling campaigns and a sharp eye for data-driven growth this is your shot to own a high-impact role at a fast-scaling tech company.
What Youll Do:
Build and scale Facebook campaigns with precision and creativity
Manage large ad budgets with a relentless focus on ROAS
Dive deep into analytics to optimize every touchpoint
Test fast learn fast and lead data-backed experimentation
Collaborate with marketing product and creative teams to drive real business impact
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
Proven performance marketer (5 years) with Facebook Ads expertise
Obsessed with results strategy and optimization
Analytical creative and relentless about improving performance
A true team player whos not afraid to take the lead
Additional Information :
Work setup: FULL ONSITE Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
Schedule could be any of these: 6am to 3pm 8am to 5pm 11pm to 8am depending on business needs
