JOB SCOPE:
The incumbent is responsible to: -
- Support the development execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and optimize operations and departmental performance.
- Conduct internal and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals and committed outcomes.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends gaps insights and improvement areas.
- Work closely with Head of Departments senior leaders and counterparts from other divisions and other LBUs.
- Prepare presentations and reports for executive decision-making.
- Facilitate meeting workshops and strategy sessions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and scorecard.
- Track and monitor all key metrics across departments and identify performance gaps.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for Exco and senior management.
- Conduct root cause analysis and scenario modeling to support business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization business growth and process improvement.
- Facilitate workshops strategy sessions and performance reviews.
- Support communication and escalation of strategic priorities across the division.
- Ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Support internal audit and risk management processed related to strategic execution.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Strategy Finance Statistic or related field.
Experience
- At least 3 years working experience in strategy performance management or customer experience roles preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Experience in managing strategic projects and performance frameworks.
Knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization and performance tracking tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Familiarity with insurance operations products and regulatory environment.
- Strong organizational skills and able to produce accurate work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- A self-starter pro-active committed mature and motivated worker who enjoys working in a challenging environment.
