Job Description
The ideal candidate will combine strong selling skills with creativity bringing new ideas to the table while maintaining a clear focus on performance and ROI. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment collaborate with leadership and consistently deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize oversee and manage content creation across digital platforms with a strong focus on WhatsApp.
- Develop campaigns specifically tailored to support Lakewood-based start-up brands.
- Lead creative direction for marketing initiatives including copy design and distribution.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Track campaign performance optimize strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage and mentor junior marketing staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing and advertising specifically content strategy.
- Demonstrated success creating and managing WhatsApp-based campaigns.
- Experience working with local start-up brands (Lakewood experience strongly preferred).
- Excellent sales communication and creative thinking skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work full-time in-office (Lakewood or Brooklyn).
Location: Lakewood NJ or Brooklyn NY (In-office only)
