As a Performance Marketing Manager specializing in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) youll drive digital growth by enhancing the online customer experience through data-driven experimentation. Youll leverage analytics to identify optimization opportunities execute A/B testing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve conversion rates across digital products and platforms.
About the role
Plan execute and analyze A/B tests multivariate tests and other experiments aimed at improving conversion rates across digital touchpoints
Utilize data-driven insights to identify conversion barriers and opportunities for enhancing the customer journey
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design development and marketing to integrate CRO best practices into overall digital strategies
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates and user behavior
Provide actionable recommendations and regular updates to stakeholders on optimization initiatives and results
Manage CRO tools and technologies ensuring they are effectively utilized to support testing and optimization efforts
Stay informed on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in conversion optimization
About you
Minimum Qualifications
3 years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) or performance marketing roles
Bachelors degree in marketing design technology or a related field
Demonstrated success in optimizing lead generation across multiple digital channels
Proficiency in analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights
Hands-on experience with web analytics tools and CRO platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with user research methodologies and customer journey mapping
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and their impact on conversion
Familiarity with HTML CSS and JavaScript
Experience in the financial services or fintech industry
Certification in Google Analytics Optimizely or related platforms
