We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team. This position is a base salary plus uncapped commission. This position is also fully remote. Its a junior role but has the potential to eventually grow into an account manager role. We are looking for a go-getter. Someone who can hit the ground running and drive top of the funnel. You will be expected to make 30 to 40 outbound emails daily.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities including making 30 to 40 cold emails daily to potential clients
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective outreach strategies
- Qualify leads through initial conversations and pass them to account managers for further development
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Manage and prioritize multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization
Qualifications :
- Two to three years of Sales Development Representative experience.
- Experience working for a large staffing company BDR or HR company.
- Ability to hit the ground running and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a focus on crafting compelling emails.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily outbound email targets.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced evolving business environment.
