Conducts weekly documented inspections of the hotel listing any safety or security infractions and ensuring these are corrected by the time of the next walkthrough.
Strong knowledge of legislation relating to criminal law security occupational health safety event management fire safety etc.
To handle and resolve all guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all clients customers and guests of the Hotel.
Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
Able to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
Qualifications :
10-12year relevant experience in hospitality in international brands of which at least
Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes
A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities experience in study cases market research and studies with mathematical background
