Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday (Hybrid)

We are looking to hire an energised tenacious and highly driven Customer Service
Representative to join our UK Customer Service team in our Label Packaging business
() in Cramlington (UK) with a direct reporting line to our
Customer Service Team Leader.
Qualifications :
What we expect from you! - Your Expertise:
Minimum of 3 years experience within a customer account management role
preferably in a manufacturing industry
Ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships simultaneously
Personal drive
Creativity and innovation
Entrepreneurial spirit
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organisational skills and good attention to detail

Your Mission:
Account management role underpinned with strong customer service-led values
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
Assist customers via a range of channels including email phone online
presentations screen-share and in person meetings
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders
Responsible for keeping customers satisfied and delivering exceptional client
service on a day-to-day basis
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to
continually improve service as well as maintain high customer satisfaction
Regularly update personal knowledge by participating in educational opportunities;
reading professional publications attending in person and virtual training and
embracing available learning platforms
Monitor and analyse customers usage of our products
Processing customer orders
Add customer value by demonstrating our company principles
Work in conjunction with key internal departments such as our sales team supply
chain and product managers on a daily basis to achieve customer sales and service
goals
Undertaking courageous conversations and managing customer expectations
