Job Description

SIXT is hiring German-speaking Roadside Assistance Agents to support our customers across Germany remotely from anywhere in Spain.

Bring your German and/or English skills a proactive mindset and a passion for helping people. As the first point of contact in breakdown situations youll provide fast reliable support by phone and email working closely with our Rostock team.

YOUR ROLE 

  • Receive damage and breakdown reports from customers via phone.
  • Independently coordinate necessary measures (e.g. towing services).
  • Organize replacement vehicles.
  • Forward breakdown cases to the manufacturer within the mobility program.
  • Assist customers with questions related to breakdowns and mobility services.

YOUR SKILLS 

  • Fluency in both German and English with excellent communication skills
  • Strong passion for customer service with enjoyment in providing support and solutions to clients
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools and ease in working with digital systems
  • Proven ability to thrive in a remote work environment with availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach with a consistent focus on delivering the best possible customer experience
