Job Title: Russian-Speaking Content Moderator
Location: Porto Portugal

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and resilient Russian-Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Porto. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform guidelines and community standards. Your work will help maintain a safe and respectful online environment for users.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and moderate Russian-language content posted on various digital platforms

Identify and report potentially harmful or inappropriate material

Uphold platform guidelines and apply content policies consistently

Collaborate with the moderation and quality teams to improve workflow and policy updates

Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines
Requirements:

Native-level fluency in Russian

Good command of English (B2 or higher)

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment

Willingness to work on rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

Must have valid work authorization to reside and work in Portugal
