About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous French-Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Porto. As a Content Moderator you will be at the forefront of maintaining a safe respectful and engaging online environment by reviewing user-generated content and enforcing platform guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and moderate user-submitted content in French across digital platforms

Identify assess and escalate violations of community standards and content policies

Ensure content complies with legal and ethical standards

Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes and policy clarity

Maintain a consistent level of accuracy and performance under time-sensitive conditions
Requirements:

Native-level fluency in French
-
Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)

Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills

Comfortable working with sensitive or graphic content (with appropriate support provided)

Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Must hold valid documentation to live and work in Portugal
