Field Marketer Face-to-Face Lead Generator
Location: Pittsburgh PA and Surrounding Suburbs
Compensation: $17/hr base uncapped bonuses (Average $55 per appointment set)
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

What Youll Do
- Hit the pavement in top local neighborhoods
- Spark real conversations with homeowners (face-to-face)
- Set up free estimates for our home remodeling services no selling just real energy
- Represent a respected multi-million dollar brand with confidence
- Outperform the team and get paid for it
What Youll Get
- $17/hour base paid no matter what
- $55 per appointment on average earn $1200$1500 weekly if youre hungry
- Paid training we build winners from the ground up
- Flexible hours full-time and part-time available
- Bi-weekly pay
- Promotion tracks team lead closer or manager (you choose your path)
