Job Description
The principal is responsible for developing caring learnersthrough the administrative operations of the school as well as theinstructional leadership individual guidance and the school-wide facilitationof improving instructional effectiveness leading to increased studentachievement. The principal is also responsible for the supervision of staff inthe school overseeing professional development activities and districtcurricular programs working effectively with community and parent patrons buildingcare student activities student discipline the development of school policiesand procedures to ensure compliance with District State and Federaleducational policies.
