Job Description
The Lead Administrative Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the operations of the Blackwood Department of Real Estate with a focus on academic administration human resources and financial management. Reporting directly to the department head this position oversees day-to-day operations with a high degree of independence and discretion. The goal: ensure seamless efficient and supportive experience for faculty staff students and other stakeholders.
This role is central to keeping the department running smoothly behind the scenes. The Lead Administrative Manager will serve as a go-to resource problem solver and policy navigator in an environment that values professionalism collaboration and integrity.
Work Location & Flexibility:
To ensure comprehensive training and integration into our college culture the Lead Administrative Manager will be fully on-site for the first six months. After this period the role may shift to a hybrid schedule with up to one day of telework per week subject to departmental needs.

Solid computer proficiency including experience with data entry tracking and analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or related fieldor equivalent professional experience
Experience working in a higher education environment with familiarity in university systems policies and procedures
