We are seeking a motivated and talented working student to join our dynamic Global Website Team in Dsseldorf. If youre passionate about user experience multimedia design and contributing to offer the best digital experience this is your opportunity. About the Role:
As a fully integrated team member you will play a key role in optimising our website for a mobile-first world and AI tools in order to offer seamless customer journeys. You will be involved in content management project planning data analysis and contributing directly to our global online platform.
Your responsibilities:
- User Journeys & Processes: Define and optimize customer journeys and clear end-to-end processes for our website.
- Content Projects: Actively participate in shaping and managing projects to create new web pages ensuring all requirements are met and overseeing production planning.
- Analysis & Improvements: Conduct user testing A/B testing heatmap analysis to enhance user experience for different target groups.
- Content Distribution: Manage the rollout of new pages to the markets via our content hub.
Your profile:
- Currently enrolled student in Communication & Multimedia Design or User Experience Design.
- Strong affinity for working with digital platforms and workflow tools.
- Passion for driving projects with a curious and self-motivated approach.
- Conscientious proactive and self-directed with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Solution-oriented structured and organised working style.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) essential for our global team.
