is looking for a highly motivated
Manager Enterprise Project Management Office to join their team.
(Hybrid - Permanent Full-Time)

OPB is looking for a highly qualified Manager Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to lead and evolve the project management capabilities and oversee enterprise-wide project governance portfolio management and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
As the successful candidate your key responsibilities shall include:
Leading and developing the EPMO team in managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives across the enterprise; managing areas such as employee performance attendance and recruitment.
Sets clear expectations provides regular feedback and support to the professional development of team members to maximize their potential and contribution to the department and organizations goals.
Providing oversight mentorship and guidance to a team of project management professionals and cross-functional teams resolving issues and removing roadblocks.
Establishing maintaining and ensuring the adoption of project management frameworks methodologies and best practices utilizing industry frameworks.
Ensuring project management standards and processes are documented and appropriately adhered to following EPMO procedures and project governance.
Reviewing all project management artifacts and deliverables including project charters resources risks schedule and budget.
Demonstrating strong leadership skills and the desire to collaborate support engage and guide others. Supporting and facilitating annual business planning; managing portfolio level planning and prioritization expectations and ensuring resource capacity is properly allocated.
Monitoring project performance risks and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery and identify potential risks issues and mitigation strategies.
Developing metrics and maintaining dashboards reports and presentations to executive leadership on portfolio performance and project status.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and tools.
Championing continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
As required leads and oversee end-to-end project management for complex enterprise initiatives through the application of sound Project Management Methodologies (e.g. Waterfall Agile and Iterative) and effective client relationship management.
Key Qualifications:
10 years of proven experience managing enterprise level projects (business and technology) with a minimum of 3 years in a portfolio management role; combined with formal project management training and/or certification (i.e. PMP) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
Deep knowledge of principles practices and theories in the project management discipline and strong and current awareness of external trends and best practices.
Expert in setting and managing client expectations with the ability to think strategically and align project and portfolio activities with organizational and senior executive direction.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to provide advice and guidance and present information clearly and concisely to all levels within the organization including executives.
Experience working with varying levels of leadership. Providing leadership mentoring and managing staff and effectively building an environment of collaboration and teamwork.
Experience working with and communicating to executives with the ability to effectively lead cross functional teams; hold meetings with internal and external stakeholders at all levels (staff to executive) to identify and gather their needs.
Applies tact and diplomacy skills to build trust with stakeholders and resolve conflicting project priorities and achieve stakeholder consensus.
Strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen skills to build manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
Strong working knowledge of risk management in order to develop strategies to minimize exposure and risk on projects.
Demonstrated thought and change leadership for continuous improvement and delivery of service management technology and/or PM processes methods and tools to align the practice with emerging enterprise project management needs and requirements.
Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and changing environments.
