We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Enterprise Applications to lead our team of 3-5 employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management maintenance and optimization of our enterprise applications ensuring they align with business needs and drive operational efficiency. This role requires a strong technical background excellent leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

We rely on a robust technology stack to support our operations including Salesforce for CRM CPQ and Billing ZenDesk for Customer Support Totango for Customer Success SnapLogic for APIs and systems integration and Snowflake and Looker for Business Intelligence and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 3-5 employees providing guidance mentorship and performance management.
  • Oversee the development testing and deployment of Salesforce applications and integrations with other enterprise systems such as ZenDesk Totango and Snowflake.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize application performance scalability and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage application upgrades patches and deployments ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for application configurations processes and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues working closely with the IT support team.
  • Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for enterprise applications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience managing enterprise applications in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong development or architecture experience with Salesforce (CRM CPQ Billing) ZenDesk Snowflake and Looker.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.

Team Management

    • Directly manage a team of 3-5 employees.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
    • Mentor and develop team members.
    • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Compensation Details:

At Auvik our compensation philosophy is to be market competitive reward performance reflect our commitment to equity and maintain transparency with our employees. We have defined job levels and compensation ranges for each of our markets we employ based on research from various sources of market data which are reviewed on a regular basis.

The hiring range for this position is listed below. Compensation offered for candidates in this role is based on a number of factors including job-related skills knowledge and experience. These factors may cause your compensation to vary within the range outlined below.

In addition to cash compensation all full-time employees are granted stock options to share in Auviks future successes. Auvik employees are eligible to participate in additional benefits and programs including our comprehensive health and dental benefits plan Wellness spending account GRSP matching program flexible paid time off paid parental leave program and are eligible for remote working subsidies.

OTE (Base Target Incentive) Range:
$126500$164500 CAD
