JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of individual cross-functional projects that support D2Ls strategic objectives.
This role emphasizes project-level execution ownership of project planning execution and delivery and collaboration with Program Managers on complex programs.
Passionate about change the Senior Project Manager is experienced in change management practices and serves as a change champion within the organization.
This Senior Project Manager will leverage AI and automation enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
The Senior Project Manager demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to adapt communication styles to suit different audiences. They excel in stakeholder management engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders from individual contributors to business owners.
HOW WILL I MAKE AN IMPACT
- Drive Project Success: Lead the planning execution and delivery of cross-functional projects. Independently manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Enhance Efficiency and Effectiveness: Independently and consistently apply D2Ls standard PMO practices processes and tools to optimize performance across the organization.
- Adaptable Methodologies: Utilize waterfall agile and hybrid practices as appropriate to ensure flexibility and responsiveness.
- Risk and Change Management: Independently and proactively manage risks issues and changes to support teams and ensure successful project delivery.
- Transparent and Clear Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align expectations and report progress.
- Change Management Champion: Implement and champion D2Ls Change Management Framework.
- AI and Automation: Leverage AI and automation enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
- Program Management Support: Support Program Managers on broader strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to Excellence: Advance the development of a best-in-class program management office.

WHAT YOULL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- 5-7 years of project management experience in fast-paced global high-growth SaaS markets; education technology experience a plus
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid)
- Proficient in common project and work management tools
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen and thrive in an organization that is simultaneously mission growth and business driven

Recommended Education and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related
- Agile Project Management and/or Change Management certification(s) a strong plus(i.e. PMP Six Sigma CSM SAFe Prosci)
