Job Description

Multiple Locations opening- Delhi Hyderabad Bengaluru Mumbai Ahmedabad

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with 34 years of experience to drive acquisition of non-IT companiessuch as manufacturers retailers FMCG engineering and related sectorsas clients. Youll play a crucial role in expanding our client base understanding their hiring needs and bridging them with top-notch recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • and nbsp;Identify and amp; engage: Target and initiate contact with non-IT enterprises (e.g. manufacturing FMCG retail engineering plastics packaging).
  • and nbsp;Lead generation: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through cold outreach referrals and events.
  • and nbsp;Client relationships: Develop consultative relationships understand recruitment pain points present AI-powered pin-code-based hiring solutions.
  • and nbsp;Pitching and amp; closing: Prepare and deliver persuasive BD proposals negotiate terms and finalize agreements.
  • and nbsp;Collaboration: Work with internal teamsoperations franchise partners recruitmentto ensure client needs are met effectively and placements are successful.
  • and nbsp;Performance tracking: Monitor key BD metricstargets lead conversion revenueand maintain accurate reports in CRM or MIS tools.
  • and nbsp;Market insights: Research trends and hiring patterns in target sectors; provide intelligence to aid strategic growth.

Experience and amp; Skills
and nbsp;Experience: 27years in Business Development or sales preferably focusing on non-IT sectors.
and nbsp;Industry familiarity: Prior exposure to manufacturing FMCG retail engineering or similar.

Skill set:
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Strong B2B selling and negotiation skills
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Excellent communication and presentation abilities
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Proficient in CRM platforms and MS Office
and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;Target/result-driven mindset
