As we continue to grow our business and enhance our service offerings locally we are seeking a highly motivated and technically competent Project Manager to join our Fredericton Water and Wastewater team.
In this role you will have the ability to collaborate seamlessly with EXPs multidisciplinary team from across our six (6) Atlantic Canadian offices on some of the regions most exciting infrastructure projects! If desired you will also be given the opportunity to work on some very unique and challenging projects from across North America.
The successful candidate will come with years of experience leading heavy industrial or municipal projects with a keen understanding of process driven design and construction and the ability to integrate water and wastewater technology into a multidisciplinary building project. This individual will be familiar with Canadian codes and practices especially around environmental regulations. We are looking for a results driven project manager with the ability to lead and navigate both designers and clients through all stages of the project from concept to substantial completion. Preference will be given to those with contract administration expertise or those that have lead design build projects and have first had experience with construction contractors and their means and methods.
