Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Permanent Full-Time Internal Medicine Physician - Outpatient. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Bethel AK 99559
Assignment Start Date: 7/8/2025
Salary: $231248.00 to $277497.60

- *Starting Salary for a three-year contract with Retention and Annual Performance Bonuses:
- Guaranteed Base Annual Salary of $231248.00
- Retention Bonus:
- Years 1 & 2 at 7%: $18287.36
- Year 3 at 9.1%: $23773.57
- Annual Performance Bonus: $75000 (paid out Quarterly)
- Sign On Bonus: $50000 for the three-year contract
- Relocation Incentive: Individual Relocation $15000; Family Relocation $20000
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Nursing experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
Education:
- Must have completed an accredited medical school.
- Must have completed a residency training program and be board eligible or board certified (unless a specific exception is made) by the appropriate board of the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association.
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Must have Alaska State License and DEA License.
EMR System: Meditech experience preferred
Shift: Various
Vaccination: ALL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETED COVID-19 VACCINATIONS.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Must have the computer skills needed to access computerized medical records.
- Needs the skills and knowledge to practice medicine in the area of their specialty.
- Ability to supervise medical students residents physician extenders and Community Health Aide clinical practice.
