Job Description

Remote Internal Recruiter (Talent Sourcing Specialist)
Region: Philippines (highly preferred) / South Africa
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (some flexibility required as needed)
Salary Range: $1000 - $1300/monthly
Reports To: Director of Operations / Human Resources Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Remote Internal Recruiter (Talent Sourcing Specialist) to join our team and focus on sourcing high-quality candidates for domestic U.S. roles. This position will emphasize proactive talent sourcing pipeline management and close collaboration with hiring managers to ensure effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate is a hardworking dependable and autonomous professional who thrives in a remote setup while adhering to established systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement

  • Utilize various sourcing platforms (job boards LinkedIn social media networking events etc.) to identify and attract top-tier talent.
  • Implement innovative and strategic methods to source candidates for roles requiring specific licensing.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage potential candidates and assess interest levels.
  • Act as the first point of contact ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Pipeline & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Proactively update and manage the candidate pipeline to align with business goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with potential candidates ensuring long-term engagement and talent retention.

Collaboration & Hiring Strategy

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role-specific requirements and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular updates on market trends talent availability and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Assist in refining job descriptions to attract the best-fit candidates.

Market Research & Employer Branding

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices to enhance sourcing efforts.
  • Leverage insights to strengthen McAdams Group s employer brand and attract high-quality candidates.

Screening & Assessment

  • Facilitate the Culture Index Assessment early in the hiring process to ensure cultural fit alignment.
  • Administer assessments in candidates native languages where applicable and analyze results for hiring decisions.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and track sourcing metrics including candidate engagement levels and pipeline status.
  • Use data-driven insights to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Role Requirements & Expectations

  • English Proficiency: Near-native fluency with minimal accent especially for client-facing roles.
  • Key Attributes: Hardworking dependable autonomous persuasive and system-oriented.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in recruitment talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the finance industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Work Environment: Must be available during Central Standard Time business hours and maintain active communication via video calls emails and messaging tools.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Monthly Salary: $1000 - $1300/month
  • Incentive Structure: Potential for a delayed bonus system tied to successful candidate placements after the probation period.
  • Alignment of Incentives: Focus on rewarding quality hires rather than sheer quantity.

Operational Setup & Support

  • Required Tools: Access to Google Sheets LinkedIn email and specialized candidate lists.
  • Provided Resources: The company will supply all necessary subscriptions and tools for effective recruiting.
  • Reporting Structure: Reporting manager will be determined (potentially Carolyn Clark or Ken Collins).

Hiring Pipeline & Growth Plans

  • Immediate Needs: Five more acquisition advisors needed in 2023 with a target of 10 total by January 1st.
  • Future Roles: Potential for 5-7 additional service advisor roles as well as expansion into tax model and administrative roles.

Sourcing Flexibility

  • Open to candidates from regions with strong English-speaking talent such as the Philippines and South Africa.

Candidates will undergo the Culture Index Assessment as part of the screening process. The assessment link will be provided by the client and results will be evaluated before progressing in the hiring pipeline.
