Job Description
Job Summary:
This is a 13-week contract position for a Lead Clinic LPN with the potential to become permanent. The role involves overseeing nursing assistant and LPN operations at an all-inclusive day center for adults over 55 requiring travel to multiple clinics within the Seattle area. The primary location is the Providence - MLK clinic (60% of time) with the remaining time spent at other specified clinics. The ideal candidate is seeking long-term employment and is willing to relocate if necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing nursing assistant and LPN operations.
- Providing direct patient care as an LPN.
- Traveling between multiple clinic locations (mileage reimbursed for multiple clinics in one day).
- Performing patient assessments and administering medications (as applicable to LPN scope of practice).
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Managing patient records and documentation.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Providing direct patient care as an LPN.
- Traveling between multiple clinic locations (mileage reimbursed for multiple clinics in one day).

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Current LPN/LVN license in Washington state.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience as an LPN/LVN.
- Ability to travel between multiple clinic locations.
- Valid drivers license car insurance and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Prior experience in a leadership role.
- Experience in an outpatient facility setting.
- Experience with EPIC charting.
- Two or more years of experience in direct patient care.

Special Considerations:
- This is a travel role requiring the ability to travel between Seattle Redmond Everett and Kent.
- Mileage is reimbursed if travel to more than one clinic is required in a single workday.
- 60% of the time will be spent at the Providence - MLK clinic with the remaining 40% at other clinics.
- The position is initially a 13-week contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
- The facility prefers local candidates but will consider those willing to relocate.
- No on-call requirements.
- Weekend work is not required.
