Job Description

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Underwriting the loan application of construction finance proposals basis the level of sanctioning authority as defined by the management processing of applications under credit/compliance and company policy.
  • Vendor managements ensuring deliverables of FI agencies Valuation agencies and PD agencies are well coordinated and adherence to quality concepts. Concluding monthly billing and generating payouts.
  • Involved with the Channel partners and Vendors to monitor SLA maintain compliance processing monthly bills and thriving relationship for smooth functioning of the unit in align with the Business.
  • Focus on maintain a right coordination with State Credit Manager an key deliverables.
  • Engage in tracking performance on various Credit Parameters including TAT Approval Rate WIP cases. Minimizing application TAT by decisioning them in proper time thus maintaining adequate control.
  • Ensuring that all key MIS are shared regularly with the stakeholders to keep them updated.
  • Participate in Portfolio & PDD management of the location along with State Credit Manager including follow up of delinquent cases in various bucket ensuring roll back and stabilised the accounts. Effective control on FEMI SEMI and TEMI.
  • Ensuring timely trainings to Credit processing team Vendor agencies and Business sourcing teams for better performances.

Candidate Profile

  • Preferably C.A./ MBA Finance.
  • Candidates should have minimum 2 to 3 yrs underwriting of construction finance and from relevant field/industry (NBFC / Banking) will get the preference. 6 to 8 Years of Experience.
  • Strong understanding of Financial industry good ability with financial statement analysis
  • Relationship strength in building and managing relationships at senior level people.
  • Financial Statement understanding and analysis
  • Stakeholder management maturity and relationship flair to build and nurture senior levels relationships
  • Strong Verbal & Written Communication.
