Job Description

Links Recruiting has been engaged by an Albany NY based Construction GC to conduct a search for a Construction Scheduler. This role will support complex projects by building and maintaining schedules coordinating with project teams and helping ensure on-time delivery. This is a newly created role due to growth and increased project complexity.

What Youll Do

  • Develop and update project schedules (baseline updates short-term look-aheads).
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams on milestones and sequencing.
  • Provide reporting on critical path risks and progress.
  • Support schedule-related documentation for claims and change management.

What You Bring

  • Experience in construction scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project (Primavera P6 a plus).
  • Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and ability to read drawings/specs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75000 $120000 bonus potential
  • Full benefits package (health retirement PTO)
  • Hybrid flexibility with regular office and site presence
