Job Description
Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Mankato MN
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday Friday 3:30 PM 2:00 AM
Pay Rate: As per Exp.

The Production Operator plays a key role in ensuring the safe efficient and high-quality production of beverages. Youll be responsible for monitoring machines verifying product specifications maintaining safety standards and supporting line operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Follow all safety health GMP food safety and company policies

Understand and properly operate all safety switches interlocks and devices
-
Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
-
Check product and case codes frequently for accuracy and legibility
-
Complete packaging changeovers efficiently and correctly
-
Accurately complete required quality and packaging documentation
-
Operate a forklift safely and pass the Forklift Operator License test
-
Experience: 2 3 years as a Production Operator in a food or beverage manufacturing environment

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)

Language: Proficient in English-verbal and written communication

Skills:

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Work independently and as part of a team

Prioritize tasks and work under pressure

Dependable self-motivated and safety-conscious

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs

Prolonged periods of walking or standing

Frequent bending stooping and reaching

Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 60 F to 90 F

Willingness to work overtime during peak production periods
