Job Title : PowerBI & Data Bricks Tech Lead/Architect
Location : San Jose CA / Onsite

Job Details:
Were looking for someone with 10 years of experience ideally at a Tech Lead or Architect level.
Job Description:
- Strong experience in Business Intelligence Data Analytics and Power BI development
- Deep understanding of data modeling principles including star/snowflake schema Power Query and row-level security
- Solid grasp of data pipeline architecture including ETL/ELT processes and data visualization best practices
- Expertise across end-to-end data architecture ingestion transformation storage and presentation
- Proven capabilities in Power BI dashboard design DAX optimization and performance tuning
- Expert-level DAX skills for complex calculations advanced context handling and filter logic
- Advanced use of tools like Analyze in Excel Power Query and M language
- Experience with Power BI Service workspaces dataflows gateway configuration and refresh schedules
- Ability to optimize refresh processes and address performance bottlenecks
- Experience integrating Power BI with Snowflake and Databricks
- Hands-on experience in Databricks for data transformation and advanced analytics workflows
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction transformation and validation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
